GET A LIBRARY CARD !
To apply for a library card, you must reside in the Southold School District and show proof of residence.
PO boxes are NOT acceptable proof of residency.
* Children may receive a library card upon completing Kindergarten.
* Your Southold Free Library card will be honored at any Suffolk County Library.
* You must present your library card to check out any SFL materials.
* You may request materials through our Interlibrary Loan System.
* There is a $3.00 fee to replace a lost Library card.
TEMPORARY/SUMMER RESIDENTS (6 months or less) may apply for a library card by showing proof of residency and will be charged a monthly fee ($10.00) and refundable materials deposit.
